- Laminating (need a 1-2 day notice),
- Pop Corn, Snow Cone, & Cotton Candy Machines (by reservation).

Church VBS Material Order Form:
Churches that order through the association save on shipping costs (there aren’t any for orders totaling $50 or more!) and it allows the association to purchase additional resources. All they need to do is download/print form, complete it and return it to the association by email ([email protected]) or fax (256-536-0017).

Church VBS Report Form:
Churches that have completed VBS can complete the 2023 VBS Report form and submit it to the Madison Baptist Association via fax, email, or over the phone. Forms are due OCTOBER 1, 2023.
